Mechanical Characteristics

1, Drop test

Test method: Cell (At shipment or fullly charged) drop on a concrete from 1m height at 3 sides.

Standard: No leakage, Voltage decrease less than 25mV, AC iR increase less than 1.0mΩ

2, Vibration test

Test method: To comply to the UN transportation regulation(UN38.3), for each axle (X axle and Y with cylindrical cells) 7 Hz→200 Hz→7 Hz for 15 minutes, repetition twelve times totally 180 minutes, acceleration 1.0g during 7Hz to 18 and 8.0g (amplitude 0.16cm) up to 200 Hz.

Standard: No leakage, and less than 0.01V of OCV drop

Safety
1, Over charging test

Test method: Charging at 20A-20V at 25℃ for 3 hours.

Standard: No fire or explosion.

2, External short circuit test

Test method: To short circuit the standard charged cell (or 50% discharged cell) by connecting positive and negative terminal by 80mΩ wire for 10min.

Standard: No fire or explosion.

3, Reverse charging test

Test method: To charging the standard charged cell with charge current 10A By 0V for 2.5hr.

Standard: No fire or explosion.

4, Heating test

Test method: To heat the standard charging battery cell at ratio 5 ℃ every minute up to 130 ℃ and retain the cell in oven for 10min.

Standard: No fire or explosion.
