Environmental conditions:  Unless otherwise specified, all tests stated in this specification are conducted at temperature 25℃±5 and humidity 65%±20

1, Ampere meter and volt meter:  The ampere meter and volt meter should have an accuracy of the grade 0.5mA and mV or higher.

2, Slide caliper:  The slide caliper must has 0.01mm scale

3, Resistance meter:  The Resistance meter with AC 1kHz.

It is to charge the cell CC and CV with charging current 0.5C (1.5A), constant volt 4.2V and 0.15A cut off at CV mode at 25℃ for capacity

Rapid charging

This is to charge the cell CC and CV with charging current 4A and 0.1A cut off at 25℃

Nominal discharging capacity

The standard discharging capacity is the initial discharging capacity of the cell, which is measured with discharging current at 0.6A (0.2C) with 2.50V cut off at 25℃ within 1hour after the standard charge.

Nominal discharging capacity exceed 3Ah, comply to min capacity of IEC61960 standard.

Standard rated discharging capacity

The standard rated discharging is the discharging capacity of battery cell, which is gauged at discharging current of 10A and 2.5V cut off at 25℃ within 1hour after the standard charge.
