Standard Charging: It means charging the cell with charging current of 1.375A and constant voltage 4.2V at 25°C, 0.02C cut off.

Standard Discharging Capacity:  The standard discharging capacity is the initial discharging capacity of the cell, which is measured with discharge current of 0.55A and 2.50V cut-off at 25°C within 1 hour after the standard charging.

Standard Discharging Capacity exceed 2.75Ah

Rated Discharging Capacity: The rated discharging capacity is the initial discharging capacity of the cell, which is measured with discharging current of 2.75A with 2.50V cut-off at 25°C within 1 hour after the standard charging

Safety

Over charging Test

Test method: To charging the standard charged cell with 12V and 2.75A at 25°C for 150 minutes.

Criteria: No fire, and no explosion

External Short-circuit Test

Test method: To short-circuit the standard charged cell by connecting positive and negative terminal by less than 80mΩ±20 wire for 180 minutes.

Criteria: No fire, and no explosion.

Reverse Charging Test

Test method: To charging reversely the standard charged cell with charge current 2.75A for 150 minutes.

Criteria: No fire, and no explosion.

Heating Test

Test method: To heat the standard charged cell at heating rate of 5°C per minute up to 130°C and keep the cell in oven for 1 hour.

Criteria: No fire, and no explosion.
