🔋 Battery Pack Specifications

The order includes the following battery pack configurations:

  • 36V 20Ah (10S4P) – Size: 70×77×320mm

  • 48V 15Ah (13S3P) – Size: 70×77×305mm

  • 48V 20Ah (13S4P) – Size: 75×86×320mm

All packs are assembled using 21700 5000mAh 3C lithium-ion cells with an internal resistance less than 15mΩ, enabling stable high-current performance.

⚙️ Precision Cell Matching & Durable Assembly

To ensure long cycle life and balanced performance, each cell undergoes strict matching before assembly:

  • Voltage difference: ≤10mV

  • Capacity difference: ≤20mAh

  • Impedance difference: ≤5mΩ

Cells are welded using extra-wide, thick nickel-plated strips to safely support a continuous 60A current—guaranteeing high-load capacity and eliminating the risk of weak welding points.

🔌 Smart Connectors & Charging Support

  • Equipped with DC5521 dust-proof charging plugs

  • High-current Anderson discharge connectors for reliable output

  • Supplied with matching 54.6V 3A (for 48V packs) and 42V 3A (for 36V packs) battery chargers

🔁 Age & Quality Control Process

Before shipment, each battery pack undergoes a full age cycle, include:

  1. Complete discharge from 42V/54.6V to cut-off voltage

  2. Fullly recharge back to 42V/54.6V

  3. Final inspection and load testing to confirm performance

  4. Discharge to 30%~50% electricity to ensure safety transportation
